Artisan Cuisine Executive Chef Jeff Olsson approaches catering from a fine dining perspective, personally selecting and preparing artisan ingredients to achieve his emphasis on fresh, flavorful cuisine. Jeff’s insistence on freshness is rarely found outside of the best restaurants. Using primarily seasonal ingredients from local producers, he prepares his foods from scratch—baking New West’s breads, curing and smoking bacon, drying local heirloom tomatoes and crafting New West’s signature sauces, to name just a few examples. The result is a unique catering experience in which the art of fine dining is integrated into your event.

Director of Events Janet Olsson believes that there are no shortcuts to “full service” catering. Working closely with a variety of top local event vendors, she personally helps you plan and guide your event from beginning to end. No matter how extensive your planning needs, Janet and her staff can handle it all—from florists to rentals to lighting.
